Terms of Service
This tool is a personal, non-commercial automation client that I run for my own Google account. By connecting an account to it you agree to the terms below. In practice there is exactly one account: mine.
1. What it is
A self-hosted agent operating on hardware I own, authorized through Google OAuth
under the client name omarchy_ayumad. It performs tasks I request
against my own account data.
2. Acceptable use
Use is limited to accounts I own and control. It must not be used to access another person's data without their permission, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to violate Google's API Services User Data Policy or any applicable law.
3. No service guarantee
This tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It runs on my own hardware, can be taken offline at any time, and may be modified or retired without notice. It is not a commercial service and no availability, accuracy, or support commitment is offered.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this tool, including data loss or missed or incorrect actions taken by it.
5. Your control
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends the tool's ability to access the account. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.

Changes to these terms are published on this page with an updated date above.
